How does Invoice Factoring work?
Invoice factoring speeds up the payment of an invoice and removes the uncertainty of when an invoice will be paid. When a company completes work and invoices their customer, the company will send the invoice to us for advance payment. Typical advance rates range from 80-90% of the face value of an invoice which can be funded within hours of receiving the paperwork. Once an invoice is paid, we will collect agreed upon factoring fees and release the remaining reserves to our customers.
